Testing of Electric Equipment for Safety and Electromagnetic Compatibility
Morion PJSC Testing Centre is certified for its technical competence to carry out testing for safety and electromagnetic compatibility – Certificate No. POCC RU.0001.22МО88, according to the certification area according the Appendix to the Certificate.
Types of tests:
- fire safety tests with a Bunsen burner and hot wire up to 900°C;
- checking the thermoplasticity of materials;
- noise level measurements 24 dB – 139 dB in the frequency range 2 Hz – 20 kHz;
- vibration level measurement in the range of 0.003 m/s2 – 750 m/s2 at frequencies 5 Hz – 20 kHz: impact resistance – acceleration up to 150g (product weight up to 100 kg);
- measurement of low-frequency electromagnetic radiation (electrostatic potential, electromagnetic field strength, magnetic flux density);
- moisture resistance – humidity from 20% to 98%;
- cold resistance – down to minus 70°C;
- heat resistance – up to plus 150°C;
- reduced atmospheric pressure up to 90 mm Hg. at a temperature of minus 50°C;
- checking the degree of protection provided by equipment enclosures (IP code).
